Artist Note

Ken Johnson is an award-winning heritage feather painting artist. His artwork has been showcased in galleries all along the Gulf Coast of the United States. Being a 7th generation native of Florida, the artist has fond memories of residents living a camp life existence where they'd take up temporary residence in cabins, shanties, and shacks fishing and hunting. In these thick forests, swamps, and bayous the dim glow of the camp or cabin would be a welcoming scene as outdoorsmen made their way home.
