Listing Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must create an Artisan account and complete any required verification.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.

2. What You May List

OOAKMarket is strictly for true one-of-a-kind and limited-edition handmade items. You may only list items that:

• Are handmade by you (or under your direct supervision)
• Are original and authentic
• Accurately match the photos and description

Prohibited items include:

• Mass-produced or commercially manufactured goods
• Drop-shipped or resold items
• Counterfeit, replica, or misrepresented goods
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Illegal, unsafe, or restricted items

3. Listing Standards

Every listing must include:

• Clear, high-quality photos of the actual item
• An honest and detailed description
• Accurate materials, dimensions, and condition
• Correct pricing and shipping information
• You agree not to use misleading titles, photos, or descriptions.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

• You must ship items within the timeframe stated in your listing.
• You are responsible for packaging items securely.
• You must provide tracking information when available.

Failure to ship or repeated shipping problems may result in suspension.

5. Returns & Buyer Protection

Buyers have 14 days from delivery to request a return for qualifying reasons (item not as described, damaged, or not received).

You agree to:

• Respond promptly to buyer messages
• Cooperate with our dispute process
• Accept returns or issue refunds when required under our Buyer Protection Policy

6. Fees & Payouts

OOAKMarket charges a commission on successful sales (details shown in your account). Payouts are processed through Stripe after the applicable holding period. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.

7. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass or abuse buyers or other users
• Attempt to take transactions off-platform to avoid fees
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the system
• Post false reviews or engage in any deceptive practices

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove your account and listings if you violate these Rules, our Terms of Service, or community standards. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination.

9. Changes to These Rules

We may update these Rules from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Rules.
