This simple cross is crafted from rich, natural wood, with its unique imperfections carefully filled with ocean blue resin. At the base, the verse Deuteronomy 31:6 is hand-engraved and filled with matching blue: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

This simple cross was left mostly as the wood came to me — natural, imperfect, and honest. I only filled the cracks and voids with ocean blue resin, letting the imperfections become part of the beauty rather than something to hide. At the base is Deuteronomy 31:6: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” The turquoise running through the flaws feels like a quiet reminder of that promise — that even in our broken places, He is present, filling what we cannot fix ourselves.
